This is an opportunity to explore how Mindfulness can help you feel calmer, more relaxed and in control, sleep better and build resilience to stress using activities and guided meditations drawn from the NHS – recommended Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. The course will be taught on line by Penny McCarthy, who trained with some of the UK’s leading practitioners at Bangor University’s Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice.
