On Friday 24th April 2020 we are organising a 24-hour Football Match, that will take place at the Mercedes-Benz Football Hub, and will be set to raise £3,000 for our Inclusive Sport Programme. Our Inclusive Sport programme aims to make sure that sport is accessible to everyone in Shropshire, no matter their ability levels or personal circumstances.
Our two captains will be Inclusive Sports Officers, Mark Bull and Scott Guilbert, who will both be playing the whole 24 hours!
The 24-Hour Match will kick off at 2:30pm on Friday 24th and finish on Saturday 25th at 2:30pm just before Shrewsbury Town play their final home game of the season against AFC Wimbledon.
Join us in Comer Woods on the fourth Sunday of every month for a free, 10k trail run. Enjoy a challenging run with stunning views of the surrounding woodland. The route is made up of two loops so you’ve got the option of completing 4km or the full 10km course. Registration is from 8.30am at the Shepherd’s Hut café by Heath Barn. The Trust10 run will begin at 9am. Dogs welcome. Buggies welcome on short loop (long loop unsuitable).
