Experience the relaxing and rejuvenating sounds of crystal singing bowls and the healing, lullaby tones of the voice on the edges of the Oswestry countryside.
If you have difficulty meditating or quieting the mind, a crystal sound bath may help you find some peace and clarity and develop a more loving relationship with yourself.
~ INFO ~
It’s essential to bring a yoga mat or similar to lie on. You may also like to bring a blanket and pillow, and any other things that will help make you comfortable. Those sensitive to light might like to bring an eye mask in order to connect more deeply with the sounds.
Gatacre Pavilion is located at the northern edge of Oswestry, overlooking Old Oswestry Hill Fort, an English Heritage site. It’s fully heated and wheelchair accessible, and there is free parking just outside.
To attend, please reserve your place(s) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and send £8 per place reserved via PayPal (no account required) to: paypal.me/snowdropsound
Please note that this sound bath will form part of the coursework for my diploma in Integral Sound Healing. It’s a requirement for the coursework that I take a photo of the sound bath whilst it is in progress – please let me know if you’d rather not be in this photo.
If you have any questions, please get in touch! I look forward to hearing from you and to journeying with you into sound ❤
See and Hear is free and open to everyone to try out equipment and learn more about the support on offer to help improve the quality of life for those with sensory impairment, such as hearing or sight loss.
It’s a great opportunity for peer support, networking, gaining knowledge and sharing information with others and is important to all.
We aim to promote avoidable sight and hearing loss, increase awareness of the issues people with sensory impairment face in their daily lives, and to enable those living with sensory impairment to discover more about the technology and support available to help them.
The exhibition will showcase a great many national and local companies, charities and services available to you.
