Looking for a simple way to switch off from the busy week and get back in tune with yourself?
A sound bath can help you quiet your mind and allow your body’s rhythms to slow down, encouraging a sense of relaxation and peace.
Join me for a calming sound bath with crystal singing bowls, vocal toning and overtoning – a technique that produces a second note accompanying the voice which is said to evoke a closeness with spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat or other padding to lie on, a blanket and a cushion or two – anything that will make you extra comfortable. You may like to bring an eye mask to further mute your visual senses in order to go deeper into listening.
Please note that for my diploma coursework I need to take a photo of the sound bath whilst it’s in session. You’re welcome to be out of shot if you’re not comfortable with this – I will ask for consent at the beginning.
7-8pm Friday 28th February at Time for You Therapy Centre, Willow Street, Oswestry.
To book your place please email email@example.com
Looking forward to sharing soothing sound vibrations with you,
The 20:20 print exchange, run by Hot Bed Press, started in 2009 with 10 artists from Hot Bed Press in Salford exchanging prints with another 10 from Red Hot Press in Southampton. It has since outgrown its humble beginnings and, since then, 60,000 prints have been exchanged. Each artist receives a unique box of randomly selected prints from across the UK, Ireland, and this year studios in Hong Kong and Canada.
